1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kd999 ("kd999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kd999 online casino and sports betting platform available at kd999.io and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

kd999 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladeshi market, providing access to 500+ games including live casino tables, video slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international football. The Platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment purposes for players aged 21 and above.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kd999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using kd999, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted those documents as well.

kd999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the kd999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account as part of a kd999 promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, or sports betting market through the kd999 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which kd999 does not accept Players, as determined by kd999 at its sole discretion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process kd999 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the framework of controls kd999 uses to detect and prevent money laundering and financial crime through the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which kd999 Accounts are denominated.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a public holiday in Bangladesh, from 09:00 to 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The kd999 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, access the Platform, or place any Wager. kd999 employs age verification processes and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to confirm a Player's age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering on kd999, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the kd999 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. kd999 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the kd999 Platform. One Account per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method is strictly enforced. Players found to hold multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — will have all Accounts suspended, all Balances forfeited, and will be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on kd999: (a) employees of kd999 or any of its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of kd999 employees; (c) persons who have previously been permanently self-excluded from kd999; (d) persons whose Accounts have been previously terminated by kd999 for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and place Wagers on kd999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, or Teletalk).

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. kd999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kd999 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC and AML obligations. You agree to provide, upon request, any of the following documents: a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months confirming your residential address; and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Currency

All kd999 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All Wagers, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and winnings are calculated and displayed in BDT. kd999 does not currently offer multi-currency Accounts.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. kd999 strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

kd999 will never ask you to provide your Account password through any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from kd999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

If you believe that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact kd999 support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat. kd999 will take all reasonable steps to secure your Account, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report the breach promptly.

kd999 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. During any Account suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place Wagers. kd999 will contact the Account holder via registered email to explain the reason for the suspension and the steps required to restore access.

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kd999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at kd999's discretion. The full list of currently available methods is displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit. kd999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits as part of its AML obligations. Deposits that cannot be verified against a Player's registered identity may be returned to the originating payment method.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Business Day to reflect in Account balances. kd999 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kd999 accepts no responsibility.

6.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the kd999 Account. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered in a different person's name — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability. kd999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed the KYC process will be required to do so before their first withdrawal can be processed.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per week apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of the Account dashboard. VIP Players at Gold tier and above benefit from enhanced daily and weekly withdrawal limits as part of the kd999 loyalty programme.

7.3 Processing Times

kd999 targets an average withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals once all verification requirements are satisfied. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one to two Business Days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. During periods of high withdrawal volume, processing times may be extended; kd999 will communicate any expected delays to affected Players via their registered email address.

7.4 Wagering Before Withdrawal

Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to a wagering requirement will result in those funds being returned to Bonus balance until the requirement is met.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the kd999 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to the matters they address.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each bonus are detailed in that bonus's terms and conditions page.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

kd999 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure: (a) registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; (b) using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk betting strategies (e.g., low-variance games with artificially low average bets) to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; (c) colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements; (d) any other conduct that kd999 reasonably determines to constitute bad-faith exploitation of a promotional offer.

8.4 Promotion Availability

kd999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are only available to Players who have a fully verified kd999 Account in good standing. kd999 may, at its sole discretion, restrict the availability of any promotion to specific Players, regions, or Account tiers.

9. Betting Rules

Each game category on the kd999 Platform — including live casino, video slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting — operates under its own set of game-specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game and on the relevant game information pages within the Platform. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All Wagers on kd999 are final once confirmed. Errors made by a Player in selecting a bet type, stake amount, or event — including typographical errors — cannot be reversed once the Wager has been accepted by the Platform. For live betting markets, kd999 reserves the right to suspend a market and void associated bets where there is a reasonable belief that the integrity of the event has been compromised or where material errors in odds have occurred.

Winnings are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of the game result. For sports betting markets, winnings are credited upon official result confirmation by kd999's data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, kd999's decision — based on data from its official result providers — is final and binding.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kd999 Platform. Any breach of this section may result in Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Fraud and dishonesty: including but not limited to providing false KYC documentation, making unauthorised use of another person's payment method, or attempting to deceive kd999 or its staff.
• Money laundering: using the kd999 Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds with the primary intention of concealing the source of those funds rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Collusion: coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates operating in bad faith.
• Use of automated tools: using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence betting assistants, or any other software designed to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of errors: deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, miscalculated odds, or any malfunction of the Platform to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operation.
• Chargebacks: initiating payment chargebacks or reversals with a payment provider after funds have been credited to a kd999 Account. Any chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery action for the full chargeback amount.
• Minors accessing the Platform: allowing or facilitating access to the kd999 Platform by any person under the age of 21.

11. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the kd999 Platform without prior written authorisation from kd999. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and is used by kd999 under licence.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kd999 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data; (c) losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (d) losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors that are outside kd999's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, power outages, and third-party service interruptions.

kd999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kd999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kd999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kd999 will provide notice via: (a) a prominent notice on the Platform homepage; (b) an email notification to all registered Players at their registered email address. Amended Terms will take effect 14 calendar days after the notice date for existing Players, and immediately upon registration for new Players registering after the amendment date. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair play and responsible online gaming. In the event of any dispute between a Player and kd999 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kd999 support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the support contact, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. kd999's decision on all game results, balance calculations, bonus eligibility determinations, and Account status matters — where based on accurate system data — is final and binding. kd999 does not accept liability for Player errors in understanding game rules or promotional terms.
